I have recently started hanging out with some people that I used to be in a guild with on WoW. As it turns out, they want to do a costume for Megacon in Orlando next year. They wanted to do a theme for this event and also they wanted to have solo costumes ( I think ). We have yet to decide on a theme, but since I have free reign on my solo costume I decided to go with something that I have been wanting to try for a while: N7 armor from Mass Effect (with helm!)
The processes for this have been documented a lot online so I think it wont be TOO difficult to make. I have 6 months to complete this thing as well. I know that I will be using Eva Foam .5 inch thick as the armor base.
I havent seen any tuts on how to create a helmet, so I think that I will have to try and figure that one out on my own, which will probably take the most time. And then there is the issue of the weapon to use, which I have no idea of what I want to go with… for now.
